Dohatsuten Ramen and Tapas first opened in July, 2009. Founder Asahi Hashimoto introduced his home town Nagoya-style ramen featured with spicy minced pork. He created his signature dish, named "Dohatsuten Ramen" expressed by its name: "Do"(angry), "Hatsu"(hair), "Ten"(sky), "wo Tsuku"(hit), which means to boil with rage. Unlike other traditional ramen in Japan, our Dohatsuten Ramen is stuffed with much more ingredients, allows you to customize the combination of your favorite soups and toppings to create your own style, and embrace his philosophy:
